Changed Your Mind? It Happens to the Best of Us! 

It's okay, we all do sometimes! Whether the color clashes with your kiddo's superhero cape or it's just not what you expected, or for any other reason, you can send it back within 14 days of receiving your order, no questions asked. Remember, it's okay to change your mind (just ask any toddler!). 

The Nitty-Gritty of Returns: 

  1. 1. 14-Day Reflection Period: From the day you receive your order, you have 14 days to decide if you wish to keep it. If you decide not to keep it, that’s completely fine. You can initiate the return process during this time. 

    2. Additional 14 Days to Return:
    You can initiate the return either through your order page or by contacting our helpdesk. After informing us of your decision to return an item, you have another 14 days to send it back to us. Please make sure to include the Return Form in your return package for a smoother process. [Download your return form here] 

    3. Full Order Refund:
    If you return the entire order, we'll refund the full amount, including any shipping fees you paid (but not the return shipping costs). 

    4. Partial Returns: Only returning a part of your order? We'll refund that part, but not the shipping costs. 

    5. Return Shipping: You'll need to cover the cost of sending items back to us. Check with your carrier for rates. 

    6. Keep It Nice:
    Please return products with all accessories and, if possible, in original condition and packaging. If the item comes back to us looking like it partied too hard (a.k.a. damaged), we might have to charge you for its lost party spirit (depreciation).

    8. Quick Refunds: We'll process your refund within 14 days after we receive your returned item(s) back in good shape. This means we need the items to be just as lovely as when they left us, ready for their next adventure. Please ensure there are no scratches, smudges, or damages to the items. 


Want to Swap? Uh Oh! 

No Direct Exchanges - But We've Got a Snazzy Solution! 

We don't do direct swaps. If your heart is set on something else, simply initiate a return for your current item, and then leap over to place a new order for the one you're eyeing. We appreciate your understanding as return journeys can take a little time. We'll work our socks off to get the one you want into your hands super soon.

  1. 1. Processing Time: It takes us 3-5 working days to process your return after we receive it. 

    2. Refund Time: We'll refund you as quickly as possible, within a maximum of 14 days. 

Missed Delivery? Here's What You Can Do: 

  1. 1. Resend Option: We can resend it, but you'll need to cover new shipping costs. 

    2. Refund Option: Prefer a refund? We'll deduct the original shipping costs and refund you the remaining amount.

Exceptions to Note: 

  • Custom Products: Customized ball pits are made just for you, so they can't be returned. Once you pay, it's a done deal. 

    Sealed Products: You can return these within 14 days, provided the seal isn't broken. If the seal's broken, it's yours to keep! This rule is especially important for items where hygiene is key – like pacifiers and similar products. Keeping things clean and safe is our top priority!
